Theatre Technology

An introduction to the technology of theatre, including lighting, the operation of audio technology and stage management.

THEA 152 students will participate in the Theatre Studies weekly Lunchtime Theatre programme as members of the technical and front-of-house crew.

Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete the subject will gain knowledge and practical skills of how to manage technical and backstage tasks and roles in a theatrical production. Students will acquire skills in organisation and teamwork.
