Practical Approaches to Acting

This practical, workshop-based module facilitates an extended exploration and analysis of approaches to acting. Issues of representation, signification, process and methodology will be considered in relation to a range of practitioners, forms and stimuli. Students will develop their understanding of acting practices through exploratory workshops and a small-group performance essay.
