Music Technology II

Industry-standard music software incorporating digital audio and sound design, sampling and sequencing, is introduced in detail. The skills taught will be of use to composers, songwriters, arrangers and those interested in music production.

Music Technology 2 continues the study of technical studio and creative skills begun in MUSI 132. Using industry-standard music software that incorporates digital audio and sound design, sampling and sequencing, students are introduced to the recording studio environment, podcasting, multimedia applications and the Internet.
