“While doing a theatre internship at Omnibus through Performing Arts Abroad, not only did I become a competent Arts Administrator; I was able to become a more employable and well-rounded person and theatremaker. I gained a vast range of experience on the business and behind the scenes sides of theatre. I worked front desk, sold show tickets over the phone and in person, did distribution and marketing work, analyzed, revised, and edited departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing, and assisted my coworkers whenever possible. I was even granted the opportunity to work box office for a show at Omnibus that was previewing for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival!”
